Berkshire Recruiting Services was founded by Ed Parsons in 2003 in Alpharetta, Georgia, a
suburb north of Atlanta. After completing an MBA from the University of Montana, Ed worked as an IT professional
for 15 years in the capacity of a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and IT Manager. Over the next five years,
Ed worked for a national recruiting agency, an executive recruiting firm and as Director of Staffing for an IT
consulting services company before forming Berkshire which is named after the mountain range in Western Massachusetts
where Ed was born.
