ED PARSONS, PRESIDENT 

Berkshire Recruiting Services was founded by Ed Parsons in 2003 in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb north of Atlanta. 

After completing an MBA from the University of Montana, Ed worked as an IT professional for 15 years in the capacity of a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and IT Manager. Over the past five years, Ed worked for a national recruiting agency, an executive recruiting firm and as Director of Staffing for an IT consulting services company.

The name "Berkshire" refers to the mountain range in Western Massachusetts where Ed was born and lived prior to attending college.

KEN FERGUSON, SENIOR PARTNER

Ken has over 22 years of IT industry search experience.

Prior search experience was gained at Source Services where he managed an IT branch office in Toronto and later relocated to the company's Atlanta office in 1994. Previously, Ken was a Systems Engineer for IBM. Ken has a BS. and a Graduate Diploma in Business from Lakehead University.

RON SHEPARD, RECRUITER

Ron attended Florida State after serving as a Sergeant in the Air Force and is a third degree Black Belt.  Prior to joining BRS, Ron was VP of Sales for Progressive Financial where he managed 96 sales reps before the company was sold and moved. While with Progressive Ron became an expert in Internet research and lead generation
